Abstract
The essence and the role of trust in the economy were revealed. The structure of kinds of trust at the macro level was identified. Institutional preconditions of trust were studied. Condition of the trust's climate in Russia was analyzed. Conclusion about the lack of systemic trust as a major obstacle on the way to innovation economy was substantiated. Proposals to strengthening of trust were formulated.
