Abstract
In article tendencies are analyzed and prospects of development of economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in modern conditions of world financial and economic crisis are defined, and also strategy of development of the Uzbek economy during the post-crisis period is offered. In article development of integration processes in the innovative sphere on the former Soviet Union is analyzed and, first of all, in the Republic of Uzbekistan taking into account positive foreign experience, and also the role and value of the international institutes in effective realization of integration and innovative processes are characterized.
