Abstract
Based on foreign sources shows changes in wage labour-liberal one (including update trust) in the industrialized countries of the West from the late moderniti to postmoderniti. On the example of selective sociological survey engineers 4-major of the OPK enterprises of Novosibirsk (2009-2010), the situation has been identified with confidence (and) in the existing model of labour relations in the Russian producing economy. Shows that predkrizis trust workers in the enterprise, weighed down by the same for much of the lack of confidence in the future, fears and uncertainty before him, is an aggravating factor impeding the exit of the industrial enterprise on the trajectory of a mature (and late) moderniti.
