Abstract
In article efficiency of the commodity offer for all participants of process is analyzed: manufacture - sale - consumption. I offer to optimise the price and quality of the goods on the basis of definition of its criterion function. Examples of drawing up of matrixes and algorithms are resulted at formation assortment firm plans. Techniques of situational planning of optimum commodity strategy of firm and a choice of strategic zones of managing are offered. In article life cycles of demand for the goods and a stage of consumption of the goods are analyzed, the factors influencing development of the markets, a consumer demand and intensity of a competition on them are investigated. The technique of calculation of indicators of economic, self-supporting, consumer efficiency of the goods is offered. From positions of optimisation of these indicators it is recommended to solve problems of equation of a supply and demand.
