Abstract
Forecasting demand for skills in the labor market is an up-to-date tool to increase the flexibility of the education system in order to meet training requirements of employers. Foreign countries have a significant advance in the field. Adaptation of foreign experience in forecasting demand for skills would complement existing quality parameters in forecasts of the required employees number.
