Abstract
The article describes the activities undertaken by the state in order to improve the incentive systems of officials of joint stock companies with state participation, including through the introduction into the activities of the companies of the international principles based on the recommendations of the Financial Stability Board. Revealed a problem of a system for assessing the effectiveness of the practice of remuneration of the management team of companies with state participation. Proposed evaluation system of material stimulation of state-owned companies, which has been used to analyze the experience of payments of remuneration to senior managers and members of Boards of Directors of major state companies.
